 Was about to make maskita out of this but decided overwise. Instead decide to use the traditional marinade used to prepare them to marinate this steak. 

Maskita are mini zebu (beef) skewers grilled on the BBQ or on the grill, which Malagasy people enjoy at any time of the day.

They are tasty little sticks of meat that melt in the mouth, no need to be hungry to eat Maskita

      Steps to Make It (very easy)

      1. Gather the Ingredients

        Ingredient for beef tongue and green peas. Lelan'omby ritra sy petis pois

      2. Preparing the marinade:- Chop the ginger into fine julienne ( you can also just crush it) 10-15g should be enough

      3. Chop the cloves of garlic
      4. Mix everything into a container soy, garlic, ginger, pepper, green pepper (optional)
      5. maskita marinade
      6. Rub the meat with the mixture, let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hoursmarinating prime beef steak
      7. Grill to the done-ness of your liking (we recommend medium rare) 

        Taste like heaven prime beef steak
